How to create a custom theme in Quickr 8.1 (Domino)?

The way how to create a custom theme in Quickr 8.1 (Domino) has changed somehow from 8.0. Based on a presentation of my collegue Rob Enright (thanks to him!) I created a short guideline how to do this.
